• Become an effective member of our collaborative design team by developing a deep understanding of Albion’s gameplay systems and player community
• Take full responsibility for concepting and communication of new and improved game features and take charge of guiding them through the entire development process
• Design, model, oversee, and balance intricate gameplay and game economy systems to enhance the overall enjoyment and engagement for our players
• Contribute to our pool of ideas for game improvements and future directions
• Show initiative and drive to move the game forward for our players

YOUR TALENT

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3 years of professional experience in the fields of game design and game systems
• Demonstrate a clear comprehension of MMORPG games and a profound understanding of their underlying economic and gameplay structures
• Exhibit a heightened sensitivity to gameplay and game design, showcasing a unique ability to craft experiences that tap into the needs and emotions of players within the gaming context
• Display logical thinking and meticulous attention to detail. Proficient in working with numbers and adept at data analysis, with spreadsheets being an essential tool in your skill set
• Show the ability to effectively communicate and document complex game concepts in a robust and concise manner

Preferred Qualifications:

• Possessing programming or scripting skills is considered a valuable bonus
