• Develop and execute innovative go-to-market strategies for Albion Online to ensure maximum visibility and engagement.
• Coordinate marketing activities for the launch of new features and updates, ensuring a smooth and impactful rollout to our player base.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Game Design, Video Production, Content, Art, etc.) to produce impactful marketing materials.
• Craft compelling, player-focused messaging and positioning.
• Monitor and analyze game performance and player behavior to continuously improve our marketing strategy.

YOUR TALENT

Minimum Qualifications

• You have a degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Social Sciences or a comparable field of study.
• You can demonstrate at least 4 years of professional experience in marketing, preferably in the gaming industry.
• You possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English as it’s our primary work language. German language skills are a plus.
• You have proven experience in managing marketing campaigns from conception to completion.
• You have strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once.
• You think creatively as well as strategically, and you can forge innovative marketing campaigns.
• You have the ability to create data-driven marketing strategies, with proficiency in analytics tools.
• You are passionate about gaming and knowledgeable about industry trends.

Preferred Qualifications

• You have proven experience in creating and executing marketing campaigns in the gaming industry.
• You can demonstrate a deep understanding of the MMORPG gaming market and player behavior.
• You have an idea of what Albion Online is and what are its challenges.
