YOUR GAME

• Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling and conduct interviews
• Support the HR Business Partner in implementing HR policies and procedures
• Support new team members with visa process if needed
• Preparation of payroll
• Provide administrative support to the HR department (employment contracts, contract adjustments, certificates, references ...)

YOUR TALENT

Minimum Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field
• Hands-on mentality
• High degree of empathy, communication skills, assertiveness and reflective capacity
• Structured, independent and responsible approach
• Committed and solution-oriented way of working
• Solid knowledge of German labor law and data protection
• Fluent German (C1-level) and English (B2-level) language skills in written and spoken form

Preferred Qualifications 

• 1-2 years of work experience in human resources, personnel consulting, or a related corporate environment
• Excellent knowledge of HR management systems (Personio)
• Experience in a start-up environment and/or in the gaming industry
• Affinity for gaming (especially MMORPGs)
